Our Dining Room Servers lead the quality, professionalism, positive guest relations, and first-class entertainment and performance of the meal service to our guests. The Server motivates co-workers in providing the “WOW Factor” level of service to Lawry’s guests. Each Server must become thoroughly familiar with the procedural and technical details of Lawry's professional and friendly service including: menu items, table-side preparations, cash controls, suggestive selling techniques, appearance standards, and guest interactions.
