About this role
The Land Agent secures land rights for infrastructure, energy, and renewable projects across British Columbia, with a focus on Fort St. John. This role blends field and office work and requires strong stakeholder engagement, property interpretation, and clear, accurate documentation to support regulatory compliance and project delivery. You will advance projects by negotiating agreements, coordinating approvals, maintaining defensible records, and building relationships with landowners, Indigenous communities, municipalities, Crown agencies, regulators, and internal teams. Travel within BC is required based on project needs. This role is offered as a contract or temporary-to-permanent (TE) opportunity, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
