About this role
Missions :
• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.)
• Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript and Glide API
• Manage integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• Design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow architectures aligned with best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide guidance on platform governance and optimization
Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation; proven track record in managing complex or enterprise-level projects.
Fluent English required
Technical requirements
•Strong expertise in ITSM and CMDB
• Proficient in JavaScript and Glide API
• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA (required), at least one CIS (ideally ITSM)
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform best practices
• Comfortable engaging with both business and IT stakeholders
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly
