About this role
The Leadership Development Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving leadership development initiatives that build a strong pipeline of future leaders. This role partners closely with managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to develop high-potential frontline leaders, drive leadership readiness, and support organizational effectiveness. The position oversees a team of trainers and administers leadership assessment and development tools. This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
