The TechOps Business Insights and Analytics Specialist is responsible for supporting analytics initiatives that enable data-informed decision making within the Technical Operations and Quality Organizations. This role works closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing and IT) to deliver insights, develop reporting solutions, and support performance improvement initiatives across manufacturing, finance and supply chain. This position is designed for a professional who can manage assigned analytical deliverables with guidance as needed, contribute to projects, and translate data into actionable insights. The Specialist plays a key role in supporting analytics priorities and reporting needs while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and advancing technical expertise.
