About this role
The General Labourer is responsible for working on the production line manually packing fresh or frozen products into bags and packaged products into boxes as per company standards and customer specifications. The Packer follows instructions from Lead Hand, Supervisor or Manager and ensures all work performed adheres to Food Safety standards as well as Health & Safety regulations and guidelines. This is a labour intensive position requiring individuals to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods of time in a temperature controlled environment.
