About this role
The Program Manager II - Engineering designs and delivers custom, specific System-on-Modules (SOMs) and Single Board Computers (SBCs). These complex, multi-discipline hardware programs require disciplined project management from concept through production. This role reports directly to the Director of Hardware Engineering, not a centralized PMO, and operates as the primary project management authority for the group. a subject-matter expert in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), extensions such as BigPicture, and brings hands-on experience managing hardware development programs in an electronics design and manufacturing environment. Projects are customer-specific and independently scoped; strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills are essential.
