About this role
We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading Defence & Maritime project team. You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of electrical system and wiring loom design, supporting major naval and marine platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical systems, wiring looms, and harness assemblies.Create and maintain electrical enclosures, cabinets, and consoles.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site to support integration and installation activities.Use Zuken E3 (mandatory) and Windchill for design and documentation tasks. What you will need:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical design, loom, or harness engineering.Proven background within Defence, Maritime, or Naval projects.Strong understanding of Zuken E3 (no training provided).Familiarity with Windchill software.Comfortable working on-site at shipyards and adapting to project needs.Must hold or be eligible for BPSS clearance.Applicants must be nationals from the UK, EU, NATO countries, or Japan Why join us?
