This role serves as a brand ambassador, leading by example in both selling and service while supporting the daily operations of the boutique. The Assistant Boutique Manager provides leadership, coaching, and direction to the team, serving as Manager-on-Duty as needed. Through a balance of sales leadership, client development, operational execution, and talent management, this role supports the achievement of boutique goals while upholding Lafayette 148's luxury service standards and brand values.
