About this role
Under limited supervision, the maintenance technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks including completing work orders, facilities and grounds maintenance, mechanical systems maintenance, appearance and functionality improvement projects, and maintaining common areas at one or more properties to assist preserving the asset and to provide a quality living environment for the residents. PART TIME POSITION - 25 HOURS PER WEEK
