About this role
We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Assistant Retail Manager to support daily store leadership while serving as buyer for hardgoods (skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, goggles, helmets). This position blends hands-on retail management with strategic product curation, ensuring our shop remains the go-to destination for premium alpine and snowboard equipment. The ideal candidate is a skier/rider with deep product knowledge, proven leadership in high-touch retail environments, and a data-driven approach to buying. You’ll report directly to the Retail Manager and collaborate closely with the team to shape inventory that reflects local terrain, customer demographics, and emerging trends.
