About this role
Aquatics Supervisors play a critical role in the daily operations of both Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark and Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark. Working closely with Aquatics Management, Supervisors help ensure the highest standards of safety, service, and team performance are consistently achieved in alignment with Ellis & Associates, Inc. and Camelback Resort standards. Aquatics Supervisors lead from the front with a hands-on, team-oriented approach. They serve as a visible presence on deck, support associate development, reinforce safety and service expectations, and help create a guest experience that is safe, seamless, and memorable.
