About this role
We’ve partnered with Brewery X, an Independent & Craft brewery based in Anaheim with deep roots in San Diego. This will be the first location in San Diego. The ideal candidate will bring a dynamic blend of passion for the brewery industry and guest service. As a Cook I, your primary responsibility is to prepare food items in accordance with recipes and established standards to contribute to the hotel's efforts in delivering outstanding service. You will maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Your tasks include following recipes precisely, accurately measuring ingredients, and executing cooking techniques with precision.
