About this role

Responsible for overseeing daily culinary operations for restaurant outlets and supporting all resort kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef. Ensures high standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and guest satisfaction while leading and developing culinary teams in a high-volume resort environment. Responsible for training chefs and cooks, maintaining food safety standards, managing labor and food costs, communicating hotel policies and procedures, and monitoring operational expenses to support budget goals.
