About this role
As a Vehicle Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing overall vehicle performance across projects and ensuring the successful execution of validation and homologation activities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee compliance with performance, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the vehicle development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure overall vehicle project performance and validation activitiesManage upgrade means (hardware and software)Lead Digital Review meetings and consolidate cross-functional resultsApprove and communicate reports; ensure all requirements are tested for the relevant build levelDefine, manage, and optimize the homologation planningEvaluate vehicle product safety and complianceVerify completion of all required validation and testing activitiesManage fleet usage for validation and testing purposesOrganize and prepare Safety ReleasesCoordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and departments Master’s degree (Bac +5) in EngineeringStrong communication skills in French and EnglishTransversal management and coordination capabilitiesStrong organizational and planning skillsAbility to work effectively under pressureTeam-oriented mindsetStrong negotiation and leadership skillsVery good knowledge of vehicle functionsStrong expertise in vehicle functional testingProficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologiesGood knowledge of vehicle safety standards and practicesProficiency with tools such as: Microsoft Word & Excel - PLM systems - Sirius
