About this role
Join Kinsale Capital Group's internal investment team and work directly with the portfolio manager to research equity investment ideas, build financial models, and monitor a portfolio approaching $1 billion. You'll conduct bottom-up fundamental research, produce written investment theses, and help shape the investment processes of a leading specialty insurance company. This role is ideal for a patient, intellectually curious investor with 2–5 years of buy-side research experience, strong financial statement literacy, and a value-oriented, long-term mindset. CFA designation and insurance sector experience are a plus.
