The Machine Operator runs and maintains production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality packaging. This role oversees line performance, supports team members, follows GMPs and procedures, performs changeovers and basic maintenance, monitors product quality, and maintains accurate records while keeping the work area clean and organized.
