About this role
Kennedy Wilson is seeking an Associate to join the Debt Investment Group in it’s Farmington, Connecticut office. The Associate position will work closely with their assigned portfolio and will be responsible for monitoring performance of commercial real estate loans within Kennedy Wilson’s construction and/or bridge portfolio, identifying deviations from loan documents, and taking the appropriate remedial steps. This position would report directly to a Managing Director.
