About this role
In partnership with the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for the overall financial strategy, stewardship, and long-term financial sustainability of Enso Village. The CFO provides both strategic and operational leadership for all financial functions across the organization, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The CFO serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, Finance Committee, and Executive Leadership Team, translating financial information into actionable business insights that support organizational growth, operational excellence, risk management, and mission fulfillment.
