The Director of Aquatics is responsible for the overall leadership, operation, safety, and success of the Wilderness Ridge Aquatics Center. This position oversees all aquatic facilities, swim instruction programs, swim team operations, special events, seasonal camp activities, and aquatics staff. The Director of Aquatics is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and exceptional experience for members and guests while maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and service. The Director is responsible for staff development, programming, budgeting, facility operations, and member satisfaction. This individual must be highly organized, energetic, and visible within the aquatics facility while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and hospitality.
