About this role
SUMMARY Reporting to the Home and Community Care Nurse Manager, Home and Community Care Nurse develops, coordinates and implements in-home nursing services, works with a team of Personal Support Workers (PSW’s) and other health care professionals. This individual will directly provide in-home client-centered nursing services to HCC clients in various KO communities. The HCC Nurse will fulfill responsibilities in accordance with the standards of practice and guidance of the College of Nurses of Ontario.
