About this role
SUMMARY The PSW will work under the direction of the Community Health Director for day-to-day supervision and report daily to the Home and Community Care (HCC) Nurse Supervisor. The PSW will be responsible for providing personal care, respite assistance and on occasion home management to clients based on the assessment needs. The PSW will fly into KO communities on a rotational basis. PSW will complete date entry into the CEMR known as Telus. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide personal care with the HCC clients that include bathing, grooming, basic foot care, transferring, toileting, maintain any medical regimes, dressings, and promoting self reliance.
