SUMMARY The Finance Clerk will assist the finance department with all administrative and clerical duties pertaining to the accounts payable and receivable to meet the needs of the organization’s financial operations. DUTIES Maintain a well-organized accounts payable system Invoice and payment processing on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with Keewaytinook Okimakanak policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. General journal entries and reconciliations. Maintenance of the purchase order system – matching to invoice, closing and following up on outstanding open POs Liaise with all KO Departments and Vendors as it relates to Accounts Pay
