About this role
SUMMARY Reporting to the Clinical Services Lead, the Clinical Scheduler is responsible for facilitating effective individual and group clinical consultations for community telemedicine sites. The Clinical Scheduler is the point of contact between service providers, Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) and the Community Telemedicine Coordinators (CTCs). S/he consults with the Clinical Services Lead on clinical issues and works closely with OTN on scheduling matters. S/he maintains the master record of clinical telemedicine events for KO eHealth Services.
