Job Summary: Kalsec aims to play and win in the global Savory Snacks market. This role will lead the development and execution of Kalsec’s category strategy by deeply understanding customer needs, end-consumer expectations, and pain points across the entire value chain from sourcing through B2C marketing. This role combines deep knowledge of Kalsec’s product portfolios with strong application and market insight to refine value propositions. By actively engaging with customers, the Snack Category Manager will identify growth opportunities and ensure Kalsec’s offerings are aligned with evolving market needs. The role will work closely with the Heads of Kalsec’s three Food Business Units and technical teams to build a cohesive category vision and accelerate growth across all three portfolios.
