Job Summary: The Finishing Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and management of shift operations within the Finishing department. This role directs and supervises staff, organizes and delegates production jobs and tasks, and ensures work is executed efficiently and safely. The Finishing Supervisor drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages and oversees projects specific to the area, and ensures compliance with SQF standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, this role leads or participates in Food Safety initiatives to maintain the highest quality and safety standards across department operations.
