Job Summary: This role is responsible for developing and integrating data from multiple source systems, supporting the operation and reliability of the organization’s Business Intelligence (BI) platform. This role focuses on developing global reports, performing multi-system data mining, and ensuring high availability and performance of BI solutions. The BI Specialist works closely with the Director of Information Services, the Data Warehouse and Analytics Manager, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, business process owners, and other stakeholders. In this role, they identify business needs, recommend solutions, and design, implement, and support BI and analytics capabilities. These solutions deliver timely, actionable insights that enable faster and more informed business decisions.
