About this role
The Director of Operations will provide overall leadership and direction for the Broomfield, CO and Titusville, PA sites, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture. This position will oversee all functions within the facility—including manufacturing, engineering, quality, maintenance, planning, warehouse operations, and EHS—while partnering closely with HR, finance, and corporate leadership to align site performance with business objectives. This role will drive a customer-focused, LEAN-based culture, fostering continuous improvement, operational discipline, and employee engagement throughout the organization.
