About this role
This role partners with the Safety Director and Field Operations Director to develop, implement, and sustain Built in Safety within the craft workforce by ensuring workforce-facing programs are effectively delivered and consistently applied across project sites. Verifies compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, while supporting craft employees and field leadership in understanding and meeting expectations requirements.
