正社員でなく、パートタイムでお仕事していただける方も大歓迎です。
どんな仕事？
• ホテル内客室清掃もしくは温泉、共用エリアの清掃をチームに分かれて担当していただきます
• ゲスト用のアメニティを客室や共用エリアへの補充
• ホテル内での問題やメンテナンスが必要が箇所があればマネージャーへの報告
• その他付随する業務全般

雇用条件
〈雇用形態〉・正社員
〈給与〉・年俸440万〜490万円(上記年棒を14分割し、毎月の給与と年2回の賞与に分けて支給)
〈勤務時間〉・平均40時間/週（1日8時間、シフト時間は季節によって異なります）
〈休日〉・年間休日120日、年次有給休暇10日（入社から6ヶ月経過後）

The Role
Main responsibilities would include but are not limited to the followings:
• Cleaning Guest rooms, and/or onsen, public areas and some staff areas.
• Bedmaking for in-house Guests and new arrivals.
• Replenishing Guest amenities in rooms and public areas.
• Notifying supervisor of any issues in rooms or the hotel.
• Reporting maintenance issues.
• Receiving supply deliveries.
• Assisting Guests when necessary.
• Other general tasks in the hotel and business.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
• Passionate about hospitality service.
• Previous housekeeper experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Team player with a professional attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic English or Japanese language skills.
• Hold Japanese citizenship, Permanent Residence or a spouse visa. Please note that we are not able to sponsor a work visa for this position.
Employment Package Details
Employment Status: Ongoing contract
Contract Value: ¥4,400,000 to ¥4,900,000 (The above remuneration will be divided by 14 and paid monthly with two annual bonuses.)
Location: Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan
Working Hours: average 40 hours per week (shift times vary by season)
