About this role
This position is responsible for administering workflows related to the Contracts Support Specialist function. Position will own routing, documenting, archiving, and tracking of all corporate contracts, as well as work exception items to ensure proper handling of contract-related matters and aid in risk mitigation. This well organized, detail-oriented staff person will serve as the primary user of the Contract Lifecycle Management platform. The Contracts Support Specialist will assist in managing compliance with all processes, protocols and policies related to contracts, both internal and external, and handle general administrative/clerical duties related to departmental/function processes and deliverables, or as may be assigned within the contract management department.
