About this role
This person will coordinate the operations of the production department and ensure accurate and timely order detailing of all orders with maximum efficiency. Will work closely with the production department team members, inside sales team members as well as warehouse team members while maintaining all company policies and procedures. This role consists of working with a computer terminal to interface with order entry/order processing system. It requires the handling of multiple tasks with many unexpected interruptions. The job calls for the responsiveness and energy to work long hours and cover a wide scope without letting up on the pace. While training in certain, specific equipment is offered, the successful candidate must be diligent in learning on their own from time to time.
