About this role
This position’s key responsibilities include administering regular payrolls for salaried employees and facilitating adherence to the payroll budget. The role also oversees 401(k) plan operations and compliance audits and enters employees’ 401k changes into the HRIS. Additional duties include support for recruiting processes (e.g., offer letter review), compliance reporting (FCRA, EEO-1), workers’ compensation case management and audits, and maintaining accurate payroll and benefit records. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, and consistent, reliable attendance.
