Job Summary Safely perform the machining processes in the shop or field to OEM specifications. This job is demanding in terms of knowledge, skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results is routine. It requires the handling of multiple tasks with many unexpected interruptions. Responsiveness and energy to work long hours and cover a wide scope without letting up on the pace is necessary. Training on specific equipment is offered, but must be diligent in learning independently from time to time.
