About this role
Under the direction of the EHS Specialist, this position is responsible for supporting all aspects of facility safety, including audits, inspections, incident investigations, and compliance with company, client, OSHA, and other applicable standards. The Facility Safety Representative plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of safety programs and initiatives, ensuring employees and management have the tools and guidance needed to maintain a strong safety culture. Success in this role requires close collaboration with staff, facility management, and the Safety Department to continually improve facility safety programs and procedures. Travel between company facilities is required as business needs dictate.
