About this role
Works with patients and family in providing Hospice care in accordance with the plan of treatment approved by the physician. Assigns and supervises Home Health Aides in Hospice care delivery of personal services. Supportive of the Village’s mission, values, and service/hospitality (PRIDE) expectations.
