Job Summary The Surveillance Technician monitors Building Automation Systems (BAS) 24/7 to ensure facility operations and environmental conditions remain within required parameters. Responsibilities include responding to alarms and equipment failures, maintaining shift logs and facility communications, conducting routine building inspections, monitoring temperature, humidity, and pressure readings, and coordinating with facility personnel and emergency contacts as needed. The role also requires completion of OEM-approved BAS training and all assigned mandatory training requirements.
