About this role
In this meaningful & dynamic role with Holocaust Community Services, this bilingual Russian-speaking role brings together direct client care & leadership to make a lasting impact on the lives of Holocaust survivors. You’ll maintain an active caseload, providing compassionate, trauma-informed support that helps older adults. You’ll mentor and guide a small team of Care Managers: offering clinical insight, support on complex cases, and day-to-day supervision. This is a chance to both deepen your clinical knowledge and grow as a leader, while contributing to a supportive team. Comp.: $75k-$85k, $2,500 sign-on bonus. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30 am-5:00 pm in a hybrid, flexible schedule; occasional programming outside of regular work hours. Union: Not eligible. Cover letter required
