About this role
Job Summary Performs moderately complex facility tasks, functions and maintenance duties. Under the general supervision of the CBRE Facility Manager, will have lead responsibilities in overseeing and assigning Building Services/facility maintenance/utility staff and outside cleaning vendor to complete tasks. These tasks will be carried out in two locations: The Needham Lab located at 152 Second Ave and Needham Cardiology located at 100 Second Ave Needham, MA.
