About this role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as Manager of Family Services – Family Violence. This leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering high quality, trauma-informed services for individuals experiencing intimate partner violence (IPV). You will lead and develop a team of dedicated social workers, ensuring our services reflect the Agency’s mission, vision, and values. You will oversee program delivery, guide clinical practice and collaborate with community partners to strengthen coordinated responses to family violence, ensuring services are responsive, effective and grounded in best practice.
