About this role
We are seeking a Social Worker – Holocaust Survivor Services who will be responsible for assessment, case management, implementation and coordination of services for Holocaust survivors. The incumbent will utilize their expertise in Claims Conference supported services for Survivors coupled with in-depth knowledge of community resources, social service programs and healthcare systems to deliver quality services and resource linkages for our clients. This is a 12 month contract position.
