You will efficiently maintain and operate Cohen Hillel on the University of Illinois campus and equipment for Facilities Corporation (the real estate arm of the Jewish Federation of Chicago) within the approved budget. This job involves maintaining and repairing property and equipment, overseeing building operations and staff, managing work orders and contracts, ensuring security, and acting as the main contact for tenants.
