About this role
•Responsible for providing guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to associates focusing on timely movement of materials throughout the entire process. Team leader should model every aspect of behaviors required for associates at JSC; including professionalism, teamwork, job performance, and support for JSC plans, policies, and operations. Team leaders should take initiative to solve problems and overcome obstacles necessary to complete their work. Also, they should follow up thoroughly and communicate effectively.
