About this role
The Property Manager runs the day-to-day operations of their designated Community under the direction of the assigned Regional Manager. The responsibilities include leadership and direction for the Resident Experience Team, the general administration for Resident accounts, property expenses, and property maintenance requests, ensuring property and asset standards for curb appeal and apartment quality are met, and following strategies to realize budgets and goals. They also work with the Regional Manager and Leasing Teams to maintain and/or improve physical and economic occupancy to drive the value and cash flow of the Community they oversee.
