About this role
As a Production Lead I, your focus will be on the day-to-day operations and coordination of their assigned production line activities. Promoting efficiency, associate morale, safety, and quality. The lead must understand all equipment, procedures, and operational metrics used to properly produce all products in their area of responsibility and be available to train associates. This position must have excellent interpersonal skills, be a problem solver, look for and initiate continuous improvement opportunities and can effectively communicate with multiple departments. All this while respecting associates, customers, consumers, and the communities that J&B serves.
