About this role
The Cell Manager will oversee daily production processes associated with machining composite, metal, ceramic and hybrid parts and tooling. The position requires considerable skill in work flow planning and the coordination of multiple projects to achieve maximum efficiency. Strong people management skills and ability to communicate across multiple organizational boundaries and disciplines are critical. Cell Manager is responsible for management of up to 25 personnel on multiple shifts. The incumbent shall maintain a positive attitude that leads by example and emphasizes goals and expectations utilizing a variety of management techniques such as positive reinforcement and constructive criticism.
