The Poker Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging Poker Room experience. This position is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing the poker list, assisting with buy-ins and chip transactions, and providing exceptional guest service. The Poker Host also serves as a resource for players by explaining poker rules, resolving basic concerns, and connecting guests with the Poker Shift Manager when needed. By building relationships and ensuring a smooth gaming experience, the Poker Host supports Jamul Casino Resort’s reputation for outstanding service and hospitality.
