About this role
The Waitstaff Assistant supports the restaurant service team by ensuring that the dining area remains clean and organized, assisting in food and beverage delivery, and providing overall support to waiters and guests. The Waitstaff Assistant will deliver a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork to ensure excellent dining experience for guests. As Waiter/Waitress Assistant you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Service, Team) providing AAA four diamond service standards to our guests.
