About this role
The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for meeting AAA standards of cleanliness in all guest rooms. In this position you will ensure that guest rooms are clean and that they are fully restocked with all necessities. The guest room attendant will deliver an exceptional Guest experience by upholding the Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values, embodied in the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team) and must understand and execute AAA service standards.
