The Mixologist provides elevated guest experience by delivering exceptional beverage service in accordance with AAA four diamond standards. In this role you will demonstrate expert knowledge of mixology, a warm and engaging demeanor, and the ability to create a welcoming, luxury environment. The Mixologist will craft high-quality cocktails, ensure seamless service, and contribute to the overall sophistication of the property. As the Mixologist you will demonstrate and exemplify Jamul Casino Resort’s mission and values by embodying the acronym F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team) and in providing four diamond service standards to our guests.
